Shavot’s Israeli Girl Week is an annual celebratory campaign that brings together tens of thousands of adolescent girls and boys with thousands of inspiring and influential high-ranking women who serve as positive female role models. Now, in its fourth consecutive year, Shavot’s Israeli Girl Week has become the largest female empowerment event in Israel! Thousands of senior women executives volunteer in schools across Israel, leading discussions on gender equality, equal opportunity, and breaking glass ceilings – while serving as sources of inspiration and role models.

Since the launch of the Israeli Girl Week, it has been accompanied each year by a viral campaign, extensive media activity, and millions of exposures to women’s stories that flood social media platforms.

Together, we bring an authentic female voice to the forefront and write a new story for the next generation of women leaders in Israel.

The 2025 Israeli Girl Week will take place between March 2–6, 2025.

Over 3,500 inspiring women stepped up to share their stories, reaching and empowering more than 100,000 students.
